He'd probably love it. =)

We really appreciated you taking him - and were shocked that he gave you such a hard time. We'd never have asked you to look after him if we thought he be any trouble at all... thank you again for taking care of him.

Well, he wasn't TOTALLY evil...we had good times with him and he got lots of petting, etc. For those of you who don't know, the problems started when Jake made friends with the little girl next door (I think he's in love?)and discovered he could jump the fence to go play with her. (She's an adorable dark-haired, dark-eyed 3-or 4-year-old.) After he jumped over twice, we decided we had to keep him tied up, and that was the beginning of the troubles. Poor guy - he's a dog who needs to run free, but we sure didn't want to lose D&T's dog for them! I think the several messes in the house were his way of telling us what he thought of this whole arrangement! I'm sure he'll get back to normal now that he's in his own place again and can run in the yard. (Hmmmm...I wonder if I should get a picture of Olivia for his crate wall?)
